Stonegate, a former elementary school, has a unique opportunity to bring huge impact to its surrounding area. Because of its historical nature for both the community and the city, many elements were kept to maintain the buildings unique character. By taking the school and turning it into a co-working and small business center, this concept continues the learning that the building was intended for.

Choosing bright, energizing colors of blues and greens makes workers excited to be there and different types of break out spaces encourage the exchange of ideas.
